Hotel travel coupons - conditions
All coupons or vouchers (a minimum of five) must be bought
before you leave home, and there are no refunds if you
decide to downgrade your accommodation. Unused and open
discount hotel accommodation coupons are refundable less
an administration fee, provided the minimum of five travel
coupons have been used... Unused pre-booked coupons are
subject to cancellation fees.

and conditions
- The rates for travel discount coupons are based on single
or twin share per night
- Bed and Breakfast rates include continental breakfast
per person
- *Maximum number of people per room depends on individual
properties’ room configurations.
- Children (max. of two) 12 years and under stay free of
charge, when sharing with paying adult/s, using existing
bedding configurations. Breakfast an additional charge.
- Holiday, special event, seasonal surcharges and/or minimum
night restrictions may apply for some properties during
peak periods.
Hotel travel coupons
- Cancellation fees
- Nil cancellation fees if booking is cancelled by 4:00pm,
twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival.
- One hundred (100) percent cancellation fee will be applied
for the first night, if bookings are cancelled within twenty-four
(24) hours prior to arrival.
- Best Western properties have the right to amend these
terms during periods of high occupancy.
