Start the day with a scenic flight over Sydney Harbour and the Northern Beaches en-route to the Wollombi Tavern on the old stagecoach route.
Then to the Hunter Valley vineyards for wine tasting and a visit to the new Blue Tongue Brewery, followed by a gourmet lunch at the Hunter Resort Country Estate.
On the way home, top it off with a cleansing ale at the Settlers Arms Inn at historic St.Albans on the MacDonald River.

If the rugged Blue Mountains scenery is more to your liking, you'll fly over the Grose Valley and the old gold fields to Tarana, near Bathurst, to start with a cool beer. Then fly to the shale oil territory at Hartley Vale to the Comet Inn, built in 1879, for an Australian lunch. After lunch stop at the Settlers Arms Inn at historic St.Albans on the MacDonald River for afternoon drinks before heading home via the coast and Sydney Harbour.

Next stop enjoy wine tasting and a brilliant lunch at Silos winery and restaurant near Berry in the Southern Highlands. After lunch, lovers of village lifestyle will enjoy the charm of The Friendly Inn at Kangaroo Valley, where locally brewed beers are served and a walk around the village will take you back in time.
