Guests are required to be at the departure station at least one hour before the scheduled train departure time.

Guests with no luggage to be check-in can proceed straight to the

platform. Your ticket will be checked against a guest manifest before boarding the train. Guests who need to collect their ticket or with luggage to check-in will need to visit the ticket counter. A luggage receipt will be issued which is needed to collect your luggage at your destination.

The train crew will gather on platform to welcome all guests to board the train.
