Economy sleeping accommodation consists of a three berth compartment
and features washbasin, reading lights and power point (240v
AC). A blanket, lower sheet, pillow and pillow slip are provided
for each economy berth. Seats
These supremely comfortable seats offer plenty of leg room which
allows you to relax and take in the magnificent panorama of
QUeensland passing by your window.
Carriages have been constructed as open saloon cars with
each seat having an overhead luggage rack and individual reading
lights. A food tray (which also doubles as a writing desk)
can be lowered from the back of the seat in front, similar
to aircraft seats. Each seat may be reclined to a desired
position by pressing a button in the arm rest. A public address
and background music system is provided together with panoramic
windows with shade control.
All carriages are air conditioned and there are showers and
toilets located at the end of each carriage.

The Club Car has been carefully designed for comfort and
your enjoyment. An ideal spot to have a drink from the bar,
make new friends or just simply sit back, relax and watch
the ever changing scenery.
The Buffet Car offers a variety of meals and light refreshments,
bar service, tea and coffee.
Please Note: Economy Class and First Class passengers are
not permitted to enter or use the facilities in the Queenslander
Class section of The Sunlander. |
