F ULL BUSINESS CLASS SEATING is just one of the features you will enjoy aboard the Tilt Train's five air
conditioned sitter carriages. Each carriage is arranged in a 2 plus 1 seating configuration to ensure even greater comfort and space. When you're not admiring the passing view, there is a personal entertainment system on each seat, featuring an LCD screen and 12 different channels for entertainment and information. There are four movie channels, featuring late release films, and one lifestyle channel. These are complimented by another six audio channels with news, music, comedy and content for children. The twelfth channel is the Journey Progress Display, featuring driver cam, a map showing your location, the distance to your next station, and outside temperature.
Through driver cam technology, passengers will see a view of the track ahead at the same time as the drivers at the front of the train. For the business traveler, each passenger has the convenience of a personal power point to plug in your laptop, or for the kids, their computer games. Each carriage is also fitted with secure luggage racks to store your personal belongings. Two of the five sitter carriages are fitted with a number of facilities to meet the needs of passengers in wheelchairs and with other disabilities. For parents with babies, most toilets have the added convenience of a change table.
