- Is my credit card safe?

Yes, paying for your holidays through Holidays
Allover is safe.
We guarantee 100% safety. You pay nothing if your card
is charged unlawfully as a result of doing business
through Holidays Allover.
- Are there any charges to use your booking service?
-
No - our service is FREE, with no hidden fees
or handling charges. The only cost to you is the cost
of your booking.
- Do I have the security of a trust account?
-
Yes, Holidays Allover Pty. Ltd
is a bonded travel agent, licensed with the Queensland
Government (Licence Number TAG1719) and a member of
AFTA. (Australian Federation of Travel Agents)
All monies received by Holidays Allover are held in
a trust until that booking is confirmed... Only after
your bookings are confirmed are monies transferred to
your service providers.
- I have paid for my holiday. Now what do I do?

Once your holiday is paid in full to Holidays Allover
and we have confirmed the details, you will be emailed
prepaid travel vouchers. Just print these vouchers and
take them with you as you will need to show them for
each service booked.
- What happens if a product is mispriced?
-
We make every effort to check information and prices
supplied to us and posted on this website, but despite
our best efforts mispricing can occur... However, we
always verify listed prices when we confirm bookings.
- If we find a price is lower than the stated price,
we will only book you at the lower amount.
- If the correct price is higher, we contact you before
confirming the booking.
Your credit card is not charged until we confirm
your booking... If you have paid by cheque and
we owe you a refund, we'll refund you the difference by
cheque immediately.
- Can you confirm dates and prices before I book?

We can check price and date availability, and notify
you by e-mail about any travel request, but we can't
confirm a date until you actually book and pay a deposit.
The price of your holiday can not be guaranteed until
we receive full payment for your holiday.
- How
do I make a booking?

It's fun and easy to make a reservation at Holidays
Allover and you can do it right now while you are
on this website.
To book a product,
start by searching or browsing through any of our holiday
web sites. When you see a holiday product that interests
you, click on the [booking enquiry] button.
- What about air travel arrangements?

Holidays Allover operates a full-service travel centre
that can arrange all aspects of your Australian vacation
including low, negotiated airline arrangements... We
are happy to book flights within Australia, and we can
also book flights from Australia to Bali, New Guinea,
and the islands of the south Pacific including Fiji,
Vanuatu or the Cook Islands. If you plan on flying into
Australia, you will find it more economical to book
your flight in the country of origin.
- What do you do with information collected?

Personal information we collect is only used to process
a travel or holiday inquiry or an on-line booking. As
a Holidays Allover customer
we provide only your name, arrival and
departure details to suppliers in order to make
your reservation... In the case of charter boat and
airline bookings we are also required to provide your
telephone contact details or an accommodation contact.

Our website is open 24 hours a day, seven days a
week to help you plan your trip...If you have a question
you can e-mail us at any time.
If you have queries about your booking, or any booking
related issue, please write to us from the e-mail address
