What is an E-ticket?

With an E-ticket, there's no ticket for you to leave at home. When you use our online booking service, your reservations will be entered and your tickets held electronically in our computer. We'll then send you a confirmed itinerary and receipt. The itinerary and receipt are for your records only, and are not required at the airport.

When you're travelling on an E-ticket with an airline, you only need to collect your boarding pass to fly. If you're travelling with baggage, go straight to your check-in counter, just present any piece of current photo ID - preferably your driver's license - and you'll be ready to fly. Other acceptable forms of photo ID include your current passport, company issued identification, or a State or Federal Government-issued card. If you have no baggage, simply proceed to your departure gate to check in... It's that quick and easy.
