Hamilton Island Holiday Villas are located in three precincts: Marina, Acacia Heights and North Point... When accomodation is requested holiday villas are allocated on a 'run of house' basis... If a specific villa is required, request this preference through your consultant who will try to meet your request.

Nestled throughout the northwestern side of the island, each holiday villa gives you total privacy with water and natural bushland views. Villas are available as standard, superior, deluxe and luxury pavilions.

These Hamilton Island rentals are usually a group of common-walled structures, they each share landscaped gardens and a swimming pool (except Pavilions). Self catering packages come inclusive of a 4 seater buggy and continental breakfast hamper. Four night minimum stay is applicable.
