Morning... Guests participating in your Employee incentive program arrive and are greeted at the airport by a fleet of golf buggies displaying the corporate logo... Everyone heads off in convoy up One Tree Hill to the lookout for a breathtaking view of the Whitsundays, a welcome glass of champagne or tropical cocktail, and check in.

After check-in the convoy then departs for the Hamilton Island boutique Beach Club Hotel so guests can freshen up... Featuring 55 luxuriously appointed guest rooms, the Beach Club is Hamilton Island’s signature property, catering exclusively to guests over the age of 18 years. With its spectacular waterfront position on Catseye Beach, exclusive Club Lounge and infinity edge pool, your guests will be pampered with the attentions of the Beach Club hosts.

Activity... Getting your incentive program under way, a ‘Buggy Rally’ is a fun way to break the ice and explore the island... Your group is divided into teams (four per buggy). Each team is given a jumbled list of questions that will require a little initiative and a few tactical decisions to find the answers... Late afternoon... The group will get together for a leisurely sail off Hamilton Island around the beautiful Whitsunday Islands and view the magnificent sunset while sipping champagne... This twilight cruise aboard Banjo Paterson always delights guests.

Dinner... Once the sun has set, the Banjo Paterson will dock in the Hamilton Island marina at a floating pontoon twinkling with fairy lights at the edge of the Harbour. Guest are serenaded by a string quartet as they step from the yacht onto the red carpet leading them to their tables where they can look forward to a sumptuous meal accompanied by fine wines.

Morning... Guests enjoy a traditional buffet breakfast at the colourful and casual Toucan Tango Café located right on Catseye Beach.

Activity... Embark on a private cruise, take in the scenery of the Whitsunday Passage, and prepare to discover one of the seven natural wonders of the world – The Great Barrier Reef... Guests can enjoy snorkelling, scuba diving and a scrumptious buffet lunch.

Evening... The Beach House Restaurant presents the perfect atmosphere for guests to unwind and relax after an exciting day at the reef... everyone will enjoy the fine dining experience at Hamilton Island’s signature restaurant – The Beach House – perfectly located on the shores of Catseye Beach... Morning... No rest for the faint-hearted! Guests rise early for an invigorating and challenging walk that takes you to the eastern tip of Hamilton Island where they experience the most breathtaking views of the Whitsunday Islands over Sunrise Bay... At the top of Passage Peak, enjoy brunch, take photographs or simply sit back and enjoy the spectacular views over the beautiful Whitsundays... The tour takes approximately 3 hours and guests will be required to carry a backpack.

Activity... No trip to the Whitsundays is complete until everyone is given the opportunity to take the helm, set the genoa or hoist the main of a yacht to set sail for spectacular Whitehaven Beach. Whitehaven Beach boasts six kilometres of pure white silica sand contrasting with the clear blue waters of the Whitsundays. A BBQ lunch will be served and guests can enjoy a range of beach games or just soak up the sun.

Evening... The final night must be memorable... one suggestion is the Safari Tour and BBQ Dinner. The evening starts with a trip aboard a Safari 4WD from the Beach Club through bushland to a mountain outlook to view a glorious Whitsunday sunset.

The tour then travels onto the secluded Hamilton Island Coral Cove beach area which lies at the southern end of Hamilton Island away from the resort. Guests will feel like they are on their own deserted island beach as they are treated to a sumptuous BBQ of King Island steaks and prawns accompanied by salads and a dessert selection under the stars. Evening entertainment will take place around a bonfire on the sands of Coral Cove and feature an Australian comedy night and a few sing-alongs.
