The Hamilton Island Convention Centre holds up
to 1000 delegates in its auditorium and a range of smaller
meeting
rooms at mezzanine level... the Chart Room and Boardroom located
in the Reef View Hotel are two purpose-built conference rooms located
near the beach and outdoor marquee.

Hamilton Island Convention
Centre
The Hamilton Island Convention Centre is a multi-purpose
venue with outstanding flexibility. It is ideal for large Sales meetings,
banquets, presentations, trade shows or product launches. The
large entrance foyer has a mezzanine level which features four
smaller meeting rooms, and also a small boardroom - ideal for
break out rooms.
The foyer also offers a small secretariat and
is ideal for registration, refreshment breaks or pre-function
activities. The Auditorium seating area is pillar free and
has direct ground and stage access enabling vehicles and large
displays to be driven in with ease. |

Mezzanine
level
The mezzanine level of the Hamilton Island Convention Centre
contains four identically sized meeting rooms that can be used
individually or by folding back the partitioning it functions
as two larger meeting rooms... There is also a small boardroom
which seats 12 delegates. |

Bougainvillaea
Marquee
One of the most stunning conference or wedding venues
available, this outdoor marquee is a permanent structure
located on Catseye Beach next to the Bougainvillaea Pool...
This location is the perfect place on Hamilton Island for conference lunches, dinners, themed events
and even some team-building activities... as well as being ideal for the larger
wedding reception. |

The Phoenix Room
Located in the
Hamilton Island Resort Centre adjacent to the Main Pool this room has a
high domed ceiling which helps to create the ideal atmosphere
for
cocktail parties, dinner dances, cabaret shows and banquets...
The expanding stage, lighting gantry and backstage facilities
make this the perfect venue when the stage is to be used
to present a performance.

The Endeavour Room
Located next to the beach between the Beach Club and Toucan Tango
Cafe... The room has natural lighting and can be divided into
two smaller rooms. Best used for meeting venues, product launches or trade
shows. |

the Chart Room is located on the ground floor of the Reef View
and is a smaller room perfect for small group meetings and presentations. |

View Hotel... It has a board
table so is perfect for Senior Executive Meetings for up to 12
